Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase! If for some reason you are unhappy, please contact us immediately and our customer service team via email at hello@goodnessproducts.com and we will help to remedy the problem. Return delivery costs are at the customer's cost and are not refunded. 

Refunds
Refunds will be processed in 5 -7 business days once goods have been received and checked to the original credit card used for payment, and a confirmation email will be sent.
If you simply change your mind, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds at this time due to hygiene reasons. We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded

Order cancellations
You may cancel your online order provided we have not already dispatched it. We’ll refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with. Please contact us as soon as possible – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please understand that if you order has already been processed this will not always be possible.

Damaged items
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues via our email to hello@goodnessproducts.com

My order has not arrived – what should I do?
If in the unlikely event your order does not arrive within 20 working days please contact us to assist you. Covid delays and other postage delays beyond our control can sometimes have an effect on delivery timeframes, we will do our best to assist you when this happens.
